Cheyenne had 45 days training in 2006 and has logged tons of trail miles since. She has been hauled a bunch, loads easily. Doesn't get nervous at the show grounds. She has been hauled team penning and a 12 year old girl rode her at a speed show this summer (was used at a playday as a 3 year old too). Cheyenne was used on cows a couple times as a 3 year old and she likes to track 'em. She backs and whoas with the best of them - one could teach her to slide easily. She learned to sidepass on the fence as a 3 year old but it needs to be refined. This mare could go performance (from cow, to reining and anything in between), but you can't go wrong with her as a trail horse either. She'll go down any trail and crosses anything in her path. Leads or follows, doesn't kick. Stays sane, sound, quiet and dependable. Cheyenne has her APHA papers all in order, registered name is Double Satin Cheyenne. She has had the same owner since she was 6 months old, he really likes this mare but he's wanting a finished cutting horse NOW. Cheyenne is located in Elcho, WI. Contact us for more info.
