Kiowa is a super mare. She is one we planned to keep until death do us part, but due to our herd reduction she is on the market. Kiowa is an incredibly valuable mare. She's double homozygous, double bred Emphasis on her papers, in foal, and broke to ride. She's a sweet mare, but not one of those lovey dovey in your face horses. She will stand forever just to be brushed! This mare is a lot of fun to ride. She just loves to get out and explore.

Kiowa was added to the herd January 7, 2006. She came here open, with an old knee injury, and unridden in 4 years. Shortly after a proper trimming, the lameness went away. Kiowa is 100% sound. She has been ridden several times, and we got her in foal for March 28, 2006. She is an easy breeder. Cream tests currently pending to see if Kiowa is a smokey black! There has to be an explanation for her odd color, she is tested aa thus she is not bay or brown.
